In our personal development seminars, we teach the women the importance of setting goals, along with the process of adhering to the steps of goal setting.
Personal Development also entails one’s ability to push themselves to get out there, and do things they wouldn’t normally do, like getting out and socializing with friends and or complete strangers. How can one achieve their goals without the ability to effectively communicate/socialize with others?
Most women that have been through the system have a bad habit of finding comfort in retreading and becoming loners. This type of behavior stems from their rough start in life. One can become a little jaded and closed off when it comes to trusting someone. Past trauma can create barriers/walls.
With our services and programs we plan on assisting our young women with minimizing this type of behavior.
