Our health seminars focus on the importance of sustaining great mental and internal health. To add to this program we've added Virtual Yoga sessions during the time of the Pandemic. This was a way to introduce another healthy outlet.
As an organization that caters to the well-being and growth of young women, we want to know and understand the needs of every young woman that we come in contact with.
When the ladies first come on board, they will be required to meet with our organizational therapist (outsourced). This is also apart of our exiting strategy.
We have created this process to help ensure that we are meeting the emotional and mental needs of each woman. Throughout the duration of their experience they have the option to continue their sessions.
H.A.W.T will conduct seminars and workshops that will be filled with mental health assignments and more.
In this seminar we will introduce them to the WHY’s, WHAT and HOW’s of healthy eating i.e WHY is it important to be cognizant of what foods we ingest daily? WHAT are the foods our body’s should consume and WHAT they do for the human body?
This is a seminar that will also be outsourced
